Greetings to the Open UUA Committee and others on this list. Rev. Sam Trumbore has been appointed chair of this committee by the UUA Committee on Committees. We’ve had a lot of turnover on our committee for various reasons. The current members are:

- uua-updates email list (how do we want to deal with this list and who)

- use of OpenUUA email list for our work (when and how do we use it)

- assignment of responsibilities

5. Review our monitoring function of UUA openness (15 minutes)

• Our good governance policy
• UUA Board Committees timely posting of agendas, minutes – what is our role? assignments?
• UUA Board itself (my conversation with Peter Morales & other conversations I/we should have)

6. Areas of concern for openness not mentioned (20 minutes)

• The UUA District consolidation process (Dick Jacke)

• Do we do any data gathering about these concerns?
